We are funded through the generous donations of individuals. Our headquarter is in Belgium and our work is done mainly in north India.

Hendrik van Pesch
Hendrik van Pesch, born in 1942 at Bandung (Indonesia), established himself in Brussels in October 2005 after retirement.
Having completed his degrees in political science at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales as well as colloquial Arabic at the Ecole des Langues Orientales Vivantes at Paris in 1968, he joined the Economic Research Department of Bank Mees & Hope at Amsterdam.
The following year he entered the Foreign Service of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Hague.
