Ratings & reviews Anselmus Hotel

Good location, nice breakfast, and parking ¤20/night. Room was clean and The bathroom was clean. Family fit all of us and there was plenty of room to move around. TV had loads of channels and we loved the nice new flat screen. Breakfast was good, cold cuts, breads, pastries, and very good coffee. Thank you for the stay. - Susan Cohen

A great service, very clean, beautiful and fantastic location - j.a.c.g

Very nice hotel, close to centre of Bruges. - Margarita Gerontopoulou

Rude, unwelcoming towards us. They charged us tax for the baby when babies are exempt. They did not tell us they had parking so we paid for parking elsewhere. They were judgemental towards the baby however changed their behaviour when they saw other guests enjoyed seeing the baby. Over priced, old fashioned and rude. - TUSK

Very judgemental and unfriendly towards the baby. Did not tell us they had parking spaces, so, after a long drive from Germany, I ended up driving around the city to find a parking space and spent 13¤ in parking for an afternoon. They did not provide us with a double bed as booked. They were extremely unhelpful and we had to persist to get our 2 single beds made as a double. Yet, they didn't provide us with a double duvet. For 140¤ the night I was expecting something better. The hotel is average and the breakfast was standard. They have even charged us "tax de sejour" for our 9 months old baby (children less than 18 year old do not pay the tax). Outrageous! If you go to Bruges check out B&B Camelias, its is really great and central too. We staid there 3 nights on our way to Norway from the UK but it was unfortunately fully booked on our return. - Fred Fontane
