Ratings & reviews The Black Swan Hotel

Location is good, beds are good, shower is good. Top floor was nice, couldn't hear any other guests or traffic (of which there isn't that much in this street. Breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly, welcoming and gave us great advise on where (not) to go around the city. Definitely recommended. - Pieter Tegelaar

Good location, nice breakfast, and parking ¤20/night. Room was clean and The bathroom was clean. Family fit all of us and there was plenty of room to move around. TV had loads of channels and we loved the nice new flat screen. Breakfast was good, cold cuts, breads, pastries, and very good coffee. Thank you for the stay. - Susan Cohen

A great service, very clean, beautiful and fantastic location - j.a.c.g

Very nice hotel, close to centre of Bruges. - Margarita Gerontopoulou

Rude, unwelcoming towards us. They charged us tax for the baby when babies are exempt. They did not tell us they had parking so we paid for parking elsewhere. They were judgemental towards the baby however changed their behaviour when they saw other guests enjoyed seeing the baby. Over priced, old fashioned and rude. - TUSK
